CSSD（China-Singapore Suzhou Development Group Co., Ltd.）, a joint venture between SIPC (Suzhou Industrial Park Co., Ltd. i.e. Chinese Consortium) and SSTD (Singapore- Suzhou Township Development Pte Ltd. i.e. Singaporean Consortium) , is the primary developer of Suzhou Industrial Park.

Today, CSSD has established a comprehensive urban development system and its business scope covers urban planning, land development, real estate development and operation, public facilities, investment promotion, project consulting & management, education, hotel management and property management service.
