Suzhou Industrial Park BlueSky Gas Turbine Power Ltd, a cooperation with GCL Power Group. The gas-steam combined cycle unit of 2x180MW was set up in 2005 and the annual steam and electricity output respectively amount to 800,000MT and 2 billion KWH. In 2013, BlueSky jointly built another gas power plant of 2x 180MW in Suzhou Industrial Park with PetroChina.
